Track Shipments: email tracking code

Keep your customers informed at every step of the delivery journey. Track Shipments lets you add tracking numbers and carrier links directly to any order. The extension handles the rest: automatic order status updates, a branded tracking email to the customer, and a live tracking panel in their account.

Features

• Multiple shipments per order. Add as many tracking numbers as an order needs. Split shipments, partial fulfilments and multiple parcels are all supported.
• 12 built-in carriers. UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, DPD, Australia Post, Aramex, TNT, Purolator and a universal fallback for any other carrier.
• Smart carrier auto-detection. Paste a tracking number and the carrier is identified automatically from its format. The tracking URL fills in by itself.
• Branded shipment email. Sends a dedicated, mobile-friendly HTML email with a prominent Track Your Package button directly to the customer the moment a shipment is saved.
• Automatic order status updates. Set the order to any status when the first shipment is added, and to a different status when all parcels are delivered. Fully configurable.
• Order history comments. Tracking details are appended to the order history so both admin and customer always have a clear record.
• Customer-facing tracking panel. Customers see a clean, colour-coded shipment card in their account with carrier name, tracking number, delivery status badge and a one-click Track button.
• Per-shipment status tracking. Mark each shipment as Pending, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered or Exception.
• No core files modified. Clean install and uninstall, nothing overwritten, safe to use with any theme or other extensions.
