It supports a wide array of inputs such as text boxes, dropdown menus, file uploads, date selectors, and even security measures like CAPTCHA, which fortify the checkout process against fraudulent activities by requiring human verification.
Administrators have the flexibility to tailor these fields for different customer groups, accommodating specific needs or requests. The plugin supports most HTML field types, including advanced options like data pickers and IP address capture.
By implementing a CAPTCHA, this extension significantly reduces the risk of fake credit card transactions, ensuring that each action is performed by a real person.
All collected data is meticulously stored and can be accessed on the order details page within the admin panel or displayed on the customer's order invoice, subject to configured visibility preferences.
