Installed the product - however there is a issue. Can't remove the item from the "cart" after being approve at the offer price. If a customer changes his mind the product is still in the cart and login in as that user it will not allow me to delete the item from cart. Why is it doing that. The customer should be able to delete the cart and not purchase if they change their mind.

The intent is to not allow the customer to change any of the details of the order once the offer price has been submitted. The accept and reject process then takes over. If rejected, the item is removed from the cart. If you accept the offer do you want your buyer to back out? If you would like to suggest a change or if you feel this is in error, please contact me through the support channel. You can always reach me through the email in the help me file as well.
