Customer Attributes

Hello,

we recently purchased this extension and installed successfully, however, we are encountering an issue:

We added a file field with the idea of customers uploading a picture during the registration process. After filling all fields, and selecting the file, the customer registration form and clicking 'register' just returns the same form page fully filled but no error messages. The file is not uploaded and the account is not created. Is like just posting the data to itself and not doing anything else?

Is there anything that we are missing out?

Notes:
- We are using AbanteCart 1.2.12
- System > logs > error logs shows nothing (we've cleared the logs and tried again, nothing shows up)
- we have also setup the error logging to the highest. Still no error logs.
- We tried changing the settings (file extensions, size limits) with no results.
- If we disable the extension we are able to create customer accounts with no issues.

Have you developed any extension that allows a customer to signup with the Facebook / Google+ account?

How can i view my customer attributes in the checkout summary?

The setup and use of Customer Attributes went very smoothly. I love it! Question: Should I not expect to be able to export the data that I setup using Customer Attributes when I export the Customers table?
