"Authorize.Net is phasing out the MD5 based transHash element in favor of the SHA-256 based transHashSHA2. The setting in the Merchant Interface which controls the MD5 Hash option will be removed by the end of January 2019, and the transHash element will stop returning values at a later date to be determined. "

The standard Authorize.net extension only has a place for MD5, not for SHA-256 based transHash. Does this extention utilize MD5 or SHA-256? Can't tell those details from the preview pages.

Will this work with my existing Authorize.net account? Looking for a PCI Compliant solution, and this looks like it might solve the problem.

Hello.
To use this extension, you need to get API credentials (API Login ID & Transaction Key and Public Client Key) from new or existing Authorize.Net account
If you do not have Authorize.Net account, please visit page http://www.authorize.net/
Get API login id and key in Account > Security Settings > API Credentials & Keys
Get Client key in Account > Security Settings > Manage Public Client Key

Once you get them you can start with this extension.

re-phrasing my question. When customer choose to save their card info upon checkout, This information is saved on Authorize's server. Will i then be able to go to authorize server in case i need to process a transaction in the future?
