We have purchased a couple of templates that didn't work right for us, so if we want to order this RMA extension, how much code do we need to add to this extension or is it user friendly? By user friendly, will it automatically get added to our cart with us then adding some details of the RMA process like reasons and other custom details? Or do we have to write html code to get the RMA request added?
Let us know how easy it is or if we have to have a programmer to get this extension working.
