Will this work with my existing Authorize.net account? Looking for a PCI Compliant solution, and this looks like it might solve the problem.

Hello.
To use this extension, you need to get API credentials (API Login ID & Transaction Key and Public Client Key) from new or existing Authorize.Net account
If you do not have Authorize.Net account, please visit page http://www.authorize.net/
Get API login id and key in Account > Security Settings > API Credentials & Keys
Get Client key in Account > Security Settings > Manage Public Client Key
Once you get them you can start with this extension.

re-phrasing my question. When customer choose to save their card info upon checkout, This information is saved on Authorize's server. Will i then be able to go to authorize server in case i need to process a transaction in the future?

The standard Authorize.net extension only has a place for MD5, not for SHA-256 based transHash. Does this extention utilize MD5 or SHA-256? Can't tell those details from the preview pages.
We would like to inform you that Authorize.Net Advanced PCI Compliant Payment v1.2.2 is updated to work with new Authorize.Net hash.
