I tried adding extended support, but the cart would not allow me to purchase extended support without also purchasing the license for a second time. I'd pay $6 for support, but I don't want to pay $26 for support.

1) I am based in South Africa will this extension work for South African locations?
2) Can I set different flat prices for different states within South Africa and a flat price for rural areas?

Hello. With our Price Based Shipping you can set different rates for each Location you create in the admin. Locations support countries and states. Hi,
When I enter the shipping rates it tells me that I have "wrong rate format". I have even copied the example rates and still get the same message. These are the rates I try to set.
5:10.00,7:12.00.
Any ideas?

Even with the dot removed it makes no difference, it still tells me wrong rate format.

Hello.
Yes it will work with any 1.2+ version. You will need to set a order total range and delivery cost.
For example 5:10.00,7:12.00 were 5 is order total in your default currency and 10.00 is delivery cost in default currency.
