We are testing the latest 1.3.14 version in our application. It seems it is NOT allowing the changing of a subscription price.
Are we missing something? Or how can we pass a pricing change on a subscription for and existing customer?

We are on cart v 1.3.4

Hi Maxter, (so 17 days ago I asked this in support!?!? but no reply) so I am asking in the comments section. Perhaps I will get some response, hopefully

Does the Stripe subscription work with the latest API version in Stripe? if not, which API version does it support?

Also does it work with AbanteCart 1.3.4?

And any possibility that it will support coupons in 1.3.4??

I'm sorry for the delay in answering your question. I appreciate your patience and interest in extension.

The Stripe subscription works with AbanteCart 1.3.4 and the latest API version in Stripe. However, coupons are not supported at the moment.

we are also looking at the PayPal subscriptions which you answered that it does require Fast Checkout. Is that also true of this Stripe subscriptions?

Hi,

We are getting "Autogenerated order by Stripe New Subscription Invoice. Origin subscription order #5135".

And the order ID 5135 is still available in our store.

What triggers the webhookGenerateOrder function?

Hello. 1 hour before new payment in the subscriptions cycle Stripe send a request back to AbanteCart and create a new order.

Is it possible to not create new order but update the existing order only?

Hi Maxter,

Can we use coupon in the subscription? If yes, will the coupon be a recurring discount each time customer renew the subscription?

I tried to use coupon, the discount was applied in the checkout page. But after i place the order, the coupon was not applied.

Another question about the trial period, how do we setup the product to have the trial period?

Are there any additional settings we should set beside set the "Trial Period Days Count" within the product settings?

Hello. Coupons are not supported. The trial interval is set on your subscription product page and no additional settings.

Thanks for the clarification about the coupon.

As for the trial, is it possible to combine the trial with the normal subscription? For example i set the trial to 3 days, after that they will be charged using the normal price.

Hi Maxter,

What action Pause executes and what actions results when pause is resumed?

e.g. on the first I paid for a month, on the 10th I paused my service. So on the 10th I can't access the site. and on the next month 1st there is no additional charge? then on the 15th of the month after I paused I resume. Do I have to pay before I can access again - I didn't have access for 20 days on my pause.

Hi. The pause sends the request to Stripe to not change on the new billing cycle.

Hello. There ar no such setting. I think price will change in new invoices.
