Hi
I installed NeoWize Insights on Abantecart 1.2.8. It shows as being installed, however I cannot see NeoWize I the Abantecart admin menu. Where is it?!

Hello, Thank you very much for your comment. You can see our dashboard at your abante cart admin under Reports -> Analytics & Insights -> NeoWize Insights. Can you see it there?

Thank you for your prompt response.

No, I cannot see NeoWize. Under Extensions it says that NeoWize is ON. However under Reports, there is no such sub menu called Analytics & Insights. The only menu options under Reports are:

Sales
Customers
Products
Banner Statistic

Any ideas?

Can you please double check if you use 1.2.8?
You can see the version at the bottom part of your admin dashboard.

Hi. Yes It is 1.2.8

"AbanteCart Version 1.2.8"

I also tried the install viw the tar file and it installs successfully but I just cannot see it as a menu option anywhere in Abantecart.

This really weird as this menu(Analytics & Insights) was suppose to be there at 1.2.8 (even without us installed). I will check it with my technical team and will get back to you - it might take a bit of time - sorry for the delay.

Hi,
Its great app but i had problems with it and had to unistall it. It blocked a footer part of my website and i didnt like it

The fix has been updated, can you please try and see if it works for you now? Please fully uninstall the extension and reinstall it

Its not working again. It worked at first but next day when i tried to check stats, it said: "Unable to load NeoWize dashboard"

We have checked evertyhing and it seems that it is currently working. It might have been an issue with the connectivity at that time.


If any further issue arises please contact us when it happens so we will be able to monitor the connectivity from your end to our servers and make sure everything is working.

True, its blocking footer area doesn't show newsletter area social icons area and footer links such us privacy policy return policy e.t.c
