Custom Forms Manager

The forms manager included in abantecart versions is not flexible, here is what i need:
1- in the abantecart forms manager the sender [customer] email address is not included in the form when we receive the email from the client, it is included in the FROM which does not work correct because my host does not allow sent email to be FROM the client email. Does this extension be configured to send the FROM my email and include the sender email in the content of the email.

2- We would like to use this form and create a block / form to add on every product page as "RECOMMEND TO A FREIND" if a visitor like a products he can use the form to send the link to a freind

We want our customers to be able to select certain products on our page that we set as the options. Will this custom form allow us to link products per field where customers could select specific options per field? If this isn't the right product, do you have another product that would allow us to link our products for customers to select certain options for a complete solution?
