i have installed this does not work at all and not even display i have enabled plugin and added tot homepage in the layout. still nothing there

i have tried this the option is not there. i have added these on the default page layout the home page everywhere nothing works. this was after follwoing your instrucations. i have added to the default html 5 which is my site, but i also tried nomral default neither work.
