Asyntai AI Chatbot

Asyntai adds an AI assistant to every page of your AbanteCart store. A shopper asks which product fits, what delivery costs or how returns work, and gets a real answer on the spot, with your products and your prices. At two in the morning, on a Sunday, in the shopper's own language.

What your store gets

• Answers from your own store. Asyntai reads your products, prices and policies from your store's pages, so the answers match what you sell.
• Straight to the product. The answer names the product and your price, so the shopper goes to the page that sells it.
• Fewer of the same questions. Delivery, returns, sizes and "which one should I buy" are answered for you, and you get fewer emails.
• Real leads. When a shopper wants a person, the assistant asks for an email or a phone number, and the whole conversation waits in your Asyntai dashboard.
• Every language. The assistant replies in the language the shopper writes in.
• Your look. Change the colours, the name and the greeting in your Asyntai dashboard, and read every conversation there.

Setup takes three steps in your admin

1. Install the extension.
2. Press Connect to Asyntai, then sign in or create a free account in the window that opens.
3. The extension switches on, and the chatbot answers on every page of your store.

There is no template file to edit and no core file is changed. The extension works with the Default and the Novator storefront templates, on AbanteCart 1.3 and 1.4.
